    You will be reporting to the Customer Development Director.

    Key responsibilities:

    • drive the company's total e-commerce business growth
    • work closely with different functions to deliver a smooth and pleasant online shopper experience
    • direct customer management for all current and future e-commerce customers and distributors
    • identify shopper insights and leverage data analytics to drive traffic, maximise conversion
    • constant monitoring and reporting of e-commerce development trend

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor degree holder
    • Minimum 5 years of e-commerce management experience within the FMCG, marketplace, or agency
    • Strong data-analytical skills, innovative and forward thinking, a good team player
