Wat doe je zoal?
- Je houdt mee de winkel draaiende – van de stock tot de smile van de klant
- Je steunt de winkelmanager en bent z’n rechterhand (of linker als je dat fijner vindt)
- Je zorgt dat het team weet wat te doen – en doet gerust zelf mee
- Je denkt mee over hoe alles nóg beter kan (en ja, jouw idee telt echt)
qualifications
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt al 2 jaar ervaring in retail (of iets gelijkaardigs)
- Je bent georganiseerd maar chill
- Je kunt omgaan met mensen, stress en onverwachte toestanden
- Je bent flexibel tussen 6u en 19u15 – maar daar gaan we slim mee om
- Je bent gewoon iemand met goeste – da’s wat telt
