Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Overall Tasks
- Completing scheduled planned and preventive maintenance
- Responding to reactive tasks on site
- Maintaining and servicing plant rooms
- Logging completed jobs on the company log books
- Following health and safety protocols on site
- Liaising with building managers and subcontractors
- Participating in annual building shutdowns
Hours of Work
- Days and nights
- 12 hour shifts

Requirements
- Knowledge of building service maintenance
- Experience working on; Generators, Transformers, UPS systems, Lighting systems and Power distribution
- Proven track record of electrical fault finding, testing and carrying out PPM's
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- 18th Edition
