業務内容
1) Customer experience event
Total management of customer event such as VIC event, In-store event, Brand
experience event etc. together with Marketing and Sales team.
- Strategy & content planning and progress
- Budget management
- Preparation, direction, operation, execution and effect measurement
2) Department store event
Total management of the events of Department stores (existing/new) together
with Sales team.
- Plan dates and place, product choices, brochures and invitations
- Have constant meetings and agreements with the department stores
- Take care of all the logistic aspects to have the goods ready and
correctly arranged for each sales event
- Budget management
- Product allocation together with MD
- Effect measurement
3) Training support
Training of the brand history, savoir-fair, middle and high jewelry products and
customer treatments prior to above events.
4) Others
- Direction to external agencies, performance management
- Collaboration with HQ event teams
- Collaboration with boutique managers and staffs:
- Reporting
