A leading facilities maintenance company are looking to expand the team on a busy retail contract based around Salisbury. You will be carrying out remedial works and planned maintenance across a group of stores within your geographical area.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Roof - repairs of leaks, gutter and gully replacements
- Brickwork - repairs to walls
- Flooring - tiling, replacing of vinyl and ceramic tiles
- Car park / yard works
- Fabric work - carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating
- Annual planned maintenance on roller shutters and emergency repairs
- Annual planned maintenance of trolley bays

To be considered for this role you must have experience working in a similar role in a commercial environment, as well as;
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or Carpentry or Plumbing
- Previous experience in shopfitting or building maintenance
- Good IT skills (ipad)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent communication skills
