• Work as a Business Partner and support on financial aspects by providing day to day support, financial analysis, qualitative data and insight to business• Responsible for the Franchise Controlling & Reporting Process including Sales, P&L, Headcount and Investments during monthly closing, forecast, budget and strategic planning processes• Create budget and mid/long term plans in coordination with various functions such as Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Finance, HR and other support functions and effectively communicate with Head of Franchise and Global Franchise• Launch Excellence Finance Support throughout the launches, provide financial expertise and support on launch preparation, governance, and launch execution monitoring• Resource allocation decision making support during Forecasts and Budget processes• Identify potential challenges and recommend solutions to internal stakeholders• Analyze financial data and provide insight to support decision making• Ensure internal control, and compliance rule enforcement, as a finance touch point to the business• Train and explain new guidelines, policies, and tools to the business team• Improve finance processes for simplification and to create capacity for higher value-added work

求められる経験
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 7-10 years’ finance experience in a Finance Expert position or Finance Business Partnering
• Proven finance and controlling track record in a launch setting
• Ability to model P&L on a 3/5 years’ time period
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English
• Organization capabilities and ability to work in constrained timelines
• Adaptability & ability to work on multiples topics in a complex matrix environment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills & business acumen
• Change agent, embraces process changes
• Knowledge of SAP and TM1
