Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Manage deliverables and expectations during year end audit
- Hands on with systems and streamlining processes - concur expenses
- Managing AR team and a focus on quarterly/monthly reporting
- Variance/scenario analysis and other ad hoc analysis
About You
- Chartered Accountant or CPA certification preferred (or equivalent)
- Ex audit background is desirable with 3 + years in commercial industries
- Property/IT/Construction background would be advantageous
- Experience using Yardi, Procore is desirable and a strong interest in system improvement
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills are essential
- 5 days in the office in Pyrmont
