- Good English language skills (written and verbal), preferably Dutch as well;
- Good communication skills (written and verbal);
- Good understanding of Oracle applications, Microsoft Access and Excel;
- Good analytical skills;
- Capacity to work independent;
- Continuously questioning the activity if changes did not had impact on the activity.
As accounting analyst, you will support the Accounts Payable team in Accenture India. Part of that is also the Supplier Activity and Customer Activity teams. Monitor progression on holds and aging. Do first validation of AP payments and journals at month-end.
You will be responsible for the VAT filing. Before VAT filing you will be reviewing the various VAT accounts, advice on corrections and reconciling the various VAT accounts in cooperation with the Controller’s Office in Warsaw.
The Finance- Accounting department is also facilitating prepaid service for NCR entities. This means service contracts needs to cross charged to the various NCR entities based on country split. This activity runs through NCR Dutch Holdings B.V. and will be managed by the accounting analyst.
You will provide various weekly reports to a large audience. As accounting analyst you will prepare monthly and weekly cross charges for service parts and costs and function as backup as your college is also preparing cross charges.
