Who you are
... We are looking for someone who is available to work in a two-shift system, has at least two years of experience in a similar role, such as Team Leader or First Operator, has excellent knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office with a reasonable understanding of quality systems, can handle stress and adapt to changing priorities, is an honest and open communicator with a curious mindset for feedback and other perspectives, has a strong command of the English language and is capable of building relationships and acting as a mentor, and has a proactive attitude and is willing to take the lead.
What will you do
As a First operator, your main focus will be on guiding your team towards success. You will work closely with your team members to ensure smooth operations on the production line, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high performance standards.
