Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, distributeur de compléments alimentaires naturels fraîchement implanté à Bordeaux, un Assistant RH bilingue anglais (F/H)

Descriptif du poste

This is a key role providing full administrative and practical support to the Head of HR on various matters. The job holder will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR in a range of activities including effective staff data management, the recruitment & selection processes, and HR day to day management. You will also assist with HR projects, both for the UK based staff as well as the French based staff, providing excellent customer service to all. MAINS DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES : - Coordinate all recruitments (follow-up, logistics for interviews, feedbacks...) - Make arrangements and provide orientation to new starters - Process job offers, letters & contacts efficiently and on time - Collect and provide payroll information to suppliers in France and UK - Manage all queries about annual leave and absences, keep records, produce KPIs - Implement and update HR processes and policies - Maintain employee files and HR filing system - Assist with the HR KPIs - Assist with all administrative matters relating to the French subsidiaries, including but not only occupational health, health coverage... - Any other assistance on HR projects

Profil recherché

REQUIRED SKILLS/ESSENTIAL : - Fluent English/french - Integrity and confidentiality - Excellent organisation, planning and time management - able to multitask - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure - High levels of communication skills, verbal and written - Customer focus - Fully competent in MS office PROFIL: Working in a busy and friendly environment, we are searching for a motivated and professional candidate with a pleasant and outgoing personality, the ability to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach and ability to prioritise. You will be part of a team, ready for a challenge and be proactive. You will have a HR experience of 2years + within the French employment system, be well-versed in the language and processes of a HR department.
