Descriptif du poste

Main activities and responsibilities within the assigned scope Secure, analyse, report and comment financial performance Secure that Budget/Estimates are done in line with guidelines and instructions. Contribute to the investment and capital expenditure management e.g. coordination of investment forecasts, analysis and review of actual investments Challenge and support in terms of efficiency and performance in line with the overall strategy and objectives, consistently striving to maximize the added value in order to improve the business performance in the region. Driving synergies and constantly prioritize the efforts based on risk and value creation within the region Perform proactive controlling and drive the cost awareness in regional Real Estate teams and other relevant teams in order to achieve short and long term financial targets Support decision-making in providing relevant and thorough financial analysis and insights Initiate and follow up improvement actions, work with continuous improvement Ad hoc investigations Lead the communication towards the receivers business control counterparts on a regional basis and support the business in its communication on financial matters to the receivers Administrate the authorization policies & directives Educate the Business (operation) within financial matters Be active as a West Real Estate business control team member, take part in working groups within the Real Estate business control (work on common processes, standardization and harmonized ways of working, best practice sharing) Support and back up of the other regional business controllers of the team

Profil recherché

Critical competencies for the position Master degree (or equivalent) in business administration / finance or relevant experience At least 4 years of working experience in business control Fluent in English and French Good accounting knowledge Proficient in MS Office & finance Tools (SAP R3, BCS a plus), in general good understanding of IT tools Recommended Personal Abilities High level of Integrity Proactive behavior Result oriented Business minded Structured, well organized and good at prioritizing Holistic view Focus on team work Acts and thinks strategically Very good analytical skill Strong communication skills
