key responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a French Customer Care Agent - Work from Home will include:
- Resolve issues through various support channels such as calls, emails or online chats
- Offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
- Provide a high level of customer service to the French speaking clients at all times
- Delight customers and exceed their expectations
experience
Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.

qualifications
- A native level in French
- Fluency in English
