    Your tasks will include:

    • Diary management
    • Keeping contact with clients, partners and other departments, assisting them with their needs and questions
    • Organising events, travels, meetings and programs
    • Coordinating projects
    • Handling databases, documents and other administration
    • Handling emails and phone calls
    • Making sure that deadlines are kept
    • Preparing statistics, reports and presentations for meetings
    Elvárások / Requirements

    You are an ideal candidate, if you:

     

    • Speak German, English and Hungarian fluently
    • Have at least 2 years of executive assistant or similar relevant experience
    • Have great time-management and organizational skills
    • Use Microsoft Office confidently
