    The OD Adviser’s primary responsibilities include working with senior management and relevant staff in the Community based organizations (CSO's) to develop and implement the relevant organizations Plans. These plans will be developed through a participatory analysis and prioritization process, involving a cross section of staff from all levels and functions of the organization, and will define the strategic direction of the organisation. Activities will include a review and/ or revision or development of the below;oStrategic Direction and PlanningoOrganizational governance systemsoOrganizational mission and visionoFinance systems, including financial reporting to donors oHR policies and proceduresoIT and knowledge management systemsoSustainability planningoPartnering strategiesoProposal writing and official communicationsThe role will also include training of relevant staff in the procedures developed, including the capacity building of individuals and teams.About VSOVSO is the world’s leading independent international development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty in developing countries.
