Client is a leading steel manufacturer in India Job title : GM HR Responsibilities;

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance at the plant
Responsible for employee engagement, grievance redressal, management of IR issues, and people policy implementation with 100 % compliance
Oversee in payroll and C&B activities pertaining to the plant
Gather and analyze all exit interviews, and feedback for improvement of plant operations
Work towards >=90% customer satisfaction related to HR services at plant
Planning and managing overall budget of the HR team at Plant
Develop a leadership pipeline at the plant.

Qualification:

Graduate / Engineer and/or MBA in HR from a reputed B school with a consistently good academic track record
Exposure in the manufacturing industry and in factories/plants
Candidate should have experience in handling Green field as well as Brown field projects
Experience in Functional HR along with leadership and team building
