As IT Support Engineer, you will join a company that implements and supports the IT infrastructure of companies with activities within the maritime sector. The company's clientele includes 200+ shipping companies from all over the world.
You will be providing IT support primarily over the phone but also on-site, for Windows & Linux systems and applications. More specifically, your duties will be the following:interact with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, providing the first line of supportbe responsible for Installation, administration & troubleshooting of computer and network hardware and software systemsprovide training to end users in terms of new installations and support ("how to")requirements
Your profile can math the IT Support Engineer position in case you have the following skills:2-4 years of experience as an IT support engineer or IT systems administratorexperience in systems administration, Windows and Linux systemsfluent in Εnglish and Greekdegree in IT or relevantstrong will for improvementpassion, dedication and focusvery good time management skills and the ability to prioritizeteam spirit
Any certification(s) in IT infrastructure such (e.g. Microsoft, or Cisco etc) be considered asset(s).information
