Job Role Selected candidate will be part of the CFO’s office. He or she will lead the Corporate and Plant ITteams for the organizations IT operational and strategic requirements. He/she will manage regularand special IT projects including SAP implementation in all the manufacturing facilities andcorporate office Job Description I. Managing the Information Technology (IT) requirements of the organization using the latest tools andtechnologies. Should be able to assess the optimal use of Hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based applications for High Productivity.II. Selection, Development, Management &amp; Operations of IT infrastructure.III. Selection, Upskilling, managing &amp; Motivating the IT team across all organizations to deliver effectiveservices for business needs.IV. Creating Vision for implementing IT culture within organization, communicate it to team &amp; lead &amp;motivate the team to achieve same.V. Will have the primary responsibility of SAP Implementation through the implementation partner to meetthe user's needs and wants.VI. Develop &amp; identify the future direction of the use of technology within the organization to driveefficiencies for other departments. This will include the selection of technologies, training the user, andoptimizing the costs.VII. Suggestions to the Management and the Board on the up-gradation for application and use of IT toprovide excellent services &amp; working closely with the senior management team to resolve businesschallenges with the use of Technology.VIII. To identify solutions and opportunities to improve organizational performance. Evaluate userrequirements, prepare and present proposals, design and deliver solutions to meet user objectives.IX. Project Management:- Optimizing current IT solutions with innovative solutions to meet operationalchallenges.X. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Prepare and implementproject plans to achieve the desired outcomes.XI. Control and manage the project resources and budget.XII. Supplier Management:- Procure, negotiate, manage and monitor of contracts for ICT servicesprovided by third parties ensuring effective service delivery.XIII. Manage the relationships with contractors and suppliers.XIV. Leadership And Management:- To be the senior technical manager and to contribute to thedevelopment, implementation and corporate strategies, annual IT project plans, ITpolicies and procedures.XV. To develop and maintain positive relationships with key partners and stakeholders.XVI. To ensure effective management of resources promoting team building and collaborative working todeliver the corporate plan.To provide clear, succinct and cogent MIS reports to required deadlines for the Board, Committees,the Chief Executive, Management Teams and key stakeholders as required.Financial Management:-To manage the IT budgets achieving Value for Money.
