Duties & Responsibility
- Ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are met.
- Ensure Zero defect Quality
- Ensure 5’S’
- Find out & Break Bottlenecks & address through CAPA & Increase Turnover
- Assessing Project and resource requirements
- Technical support to outsource vendors and productivity follow-up based on internal targets.
- Plan, direct & coordinate the manufacturing process through a sequence of line operations
- Monitor production efficiency by improving the availability of critical machines or power tools.
- Monitor overall equipment efficiency on critical machines or power tools by reducing downtime loss & setting up loss
- Ensure shop floor Machine Operators upgrade Multi-skills in processes like 5 Axis Machines like VMC, HMC, VTL & TREVISAN.
- OEE Calculation for critical machines and enhancement strategies.
- Co-ordinate the shop floor Management cycle.
- To avoid line stoppage due to the non-availability of tools.
- Prepare a Business plan based on customer forecast and ensure the targets as the plan.
- Operational cost reviews, Efficiency reviews, wastage elimination & Customer satisfaction.
- To broaden the department’s knowledge base, lead and organize problem-solving meetings, root cause analyses (RCA), and coworker training.
- Closely ensure the customer query related to time delivery
