    About the client

    My client is a leading executive education provider with more than 70 years of history with strong global presence and outreach. With Singapore being their regional Hub, they are seeking an accomplished Marketing Head to strategize their inbound leads strategies to increase brand awareness and enrollment rates for their executive courses.

    About the role

    Reporting to the Dean, your responsibilities will includes

    • To work closely with senior management to develop inbound marketing strategies for their global market align with organizational”s objectives and target audience
    • To devise a clear and concise outbound marketing strategies with measurable KPIs to market enrolment programs by the institute through digital and non-digital channels
    • Having good knowledge of targeted industry such as within the financial services, ICT and energy industries and furnishing relevant contents to the sales team to follow up and taking a proactive approach in understanding market conditions and trends
    • Creation of content related to digital transformation and strategic talent management that includes search-optimized blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, infographics, webinars, linkedin
    • Identifying market automation tools and nurturing leads via chatbots, email, social channels
    • To analyze effectiveness of inbound marketing strategies via salesforce, pardot
    • To monitor the full funnel marketing statistics to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategies/plans and to drive leads and conversions
    • Able to build and develop a team , and provide mentorship and appropriate feedback to improve and ensure high team morale

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 8 years of Digital Marketing experience including devising and implementing inbound marketing strategies
    • Knowledge of Salesforce , Hubspot and marketing automation software
    • Able to work well well in a cross functional global team and able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong project management and communication skills.
