Design and document Quality System to meet IMS and IS standard including
organizational need
 Deploy internal and external audit (Renew/Survillance)
 Working As –Quality Departmental Head To Perform All Testing, Quality
Analysis Documents, Inspections.
 Participate in design, development & successful trial of new products and
adequate documentation.
 Good hands on product quality as per BIS Standards in pipes.
 Control of Customers complaints and corrective actions.
 Executing quality plan and consistently meeting quality product.
 Ensure FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) of all product groups to
establish SOP in line with KPI targets.
 Constantly review and plan Laboratory upkeep / upgradation for accurate
functioning.
 Review & Finalize QAP for all instituitional orders.
 Review and plan actions based on quality exception reports -External Tests,
Incoming Inspection, Inprocess & FG Inspection.
 Review QA and QC functioning as per DRM agenda to drive improvements
 Prepare and participate in various management reviews - DRM, WRM, MRM
and take appropriate actions.
 Conduct RCA to reduce Internal and External Customer Complaints.
 Participate in Special Initiatives / Projects from time to time.
 Drive IMS system including Environment / Health and Safety practices
 Be Responsible for product performance and customer administration.
 Coordination with all concern department and function to achieve quality
objectives.
 Trouble shooting, actions to prevent quality issues.
 Ensure inspection of all the receiving material & chemicals, pipe & fittings
quality during processing and final inspection stage and also maintain the
quality for finished products and dispatching products.
 Maintain proper record of quality of chemicals, pipe & fittings.
 To maintain and calibrate all testing machine, instruments and gauges and
maintain calibration record.
 Analysis of customer complaints / requirements / Suggestions and Improve
Customer satisfaction.
 Rigorous follow up to production department for continual improvement of
