Our client, one of the top tier Corporate and Investment Banking in the world, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to assist the Wealth Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising various meetings and compiling meeting materials
  • Examine financial data APAC figures for compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence to senior management
  • Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
  • Optimising and improving operational systems, processes and best practices that ensure maximum product platform productivity and efficiency
  • Implement business plans and contribute towards the achievement of company’s goals, strategic and operational objectives
  • Organising various calls, conferences, team events, trainings, managing diaries, arranging access & workstation to the visitors and teammates when travelling aboard
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Preparing and submitting expenses
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising and cooperating with internal staff, stakeholders, external partners, vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years of Administrative experience within Financial Services, or another large, matrixed organisation
  • Pro-active and positive attitude
  • Professional with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in payroll related environment
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Good communication skills
