About the company

Our client is a market leader in the communication and media industry, with wide range of services covering both Hong Kong and International markets. To support their rapid growing businesses, our client is looking for passionate, energetic and pro-active talents to join their CRM Marketing team.

What will you do?

  • Plan, manage and evaluate the loyalty programs to achieve the business target
  • Define the strategy, initiate, design and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance the members’ loyalty
  • Coordinate with agencies and printing houses on marketing materials production
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and prepare CRM-related reports
  • Plan and organize member’s events
  • Work closely with IS and other departments to ensure smooth running of the various systems
  • Manage and support the daily operations of the loyalty team
  • Closely monitor the market activities and trend, with the preparation of competitive analysis and provide insights and recommendations
  • Handle customers’ enquiries
  • support ad hoc projects

What do you need?

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in Loyalty Program or CRM
  • Track records of developing and driving loyalty marketing programs / projects
  • Good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
  • Good analytical and data interpretation skills, and knowledge on system requirements of a loyalty program
  • Proficiency in PC applications, knowledge in MS Access will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills, and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Someone with lifestyle, creative, self-motivated, mature, detailed-mind, customer-oriented and a strong independent team player
  • Able to work under pressure
