About the Company:

Our client is one of the leaders in the industry and they are currently expanding their HK business.

They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to take up the C&B Manager role to look after all round C&B matters for a newly established project.

Job Description:

  • Oversees C&B duties including but not limited C&B rewards, salary benchmarking, benefits upgrade/ review etc.
  • In charge of policy review and upgrade to make sure it aligns with company direction and the HK Labour Law
  • Act as one of the key players in annual C&B projects such as annual salary review, budgeting and more
  • Monitor and ensure payroll processing and payment is performed timely and accurately
  • Assist in any ad hoc HR/C&B related projects if needed

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or a related field
  • At least 10 years of C&B HR experience preferably in sizeable firms
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with short notice period will be an advantage
