Role & Responsibilities :

  • Execute strategy in acquiring data, utilization and turning them into business results
  • Analyze websites and online marketing activities, user behavior & marketing channel effort and performance across paid, owned and earned media channels
  • Establish A/B or multivariate testing strategy for optimizing visitor journey by providing personalized content
  • Develop analytic tracking strategy for client's new website from scratch and implementation including Google and Adobe marketing cloud products
  • Make use of different analytic approaches (i.e. advanced quantitative tools, statistical modeling techniques and data mining procedures)
  • Drive customer insights, solve business problems, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business performance
  • Provide measurement and reporting to optimize customer performance across online and offline channels
  • Optimize company’s websites, social media and digital campaigns
  • Managed overseas third party eCommerce platform such as Tmall and JD.com

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in using analytics to drive business / marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendation
  • Experience in using different web analytics tool
  • Experience in web analytics methodologies, such as experimentation, A/B testing, competitor and market analytics, online surveys, customer research etc. to optimize booth online and offline digital campaigns
  • Experience managing KPIs and tracking ROI marketing campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel for analysis and presentation of data and statistics
  • Solid SQL skills, familiar with SEO & SEM
  • Strong business and marketing acumen, demonstrated ability to develop analytic approaches to solve critical business problems
  • Experienced in China third party eCommerce platform
