About the Company:

Our client is a Hong Kong Listed company with well-established business and more than 2,000 employees.

They have a very well established training team with 10 L&D Professionals. An opportunity has arisen in their Corporate Training Team, the successful applicant would handle the Corporate and E-learning Training Project for Greater China Region. The role is not required frequent travelling.
  • Training Assistant (0.5 years or above) - salary offered can go up to 15k x 13 months + Bonus
  • Training Officer (3 years or above) - salary offered can go up to 24k x 13 months + Bonus
  • Senior Training Officer (5 years or above) - salary offered can go up to 30k x 13 months + Bonus

Job Description:
  • Design, develop and execute Corporate Training Projects and Programs in Greater China Region
  • Design, develop & maintain creative, learner-centered E-Learning materials and manage e-learning platform
  • Develop and deliver different training courses
  • Participate in different training project, e.g. e-learning and system enhancement, e.t.c.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance review
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
