About the Company:
Our client is a Hong Kong Listed company with well-established business and more than 2,000 employees.

They have a very well established HR team over 40 HR Professionals in Hong Kong. An opportunity has arisen in their HRBP Team, the successful applicant would handle Mainland Business Unit for around 300 headcounts, liaising with the local HR team to implement Group Level Initiatives and Projects.
Job Description: (Greater China Region)
  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide HR Advisory Function to business leader and Operation Managers including but not limited to Employee Relations, Performance Management and Succession Planning
  • Build an effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Implement and manage all recruitment activities pursuant to business direction in selecting the right staff and monitoring the recruitment cost
  • Responsible for Senior Executive Recruitment in Mainland Business Unit
  • Provide HR services based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated Departments
  • Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program
  • Compile management reports and statistical analysis
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Degree holder in Human Resource or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a similar position with sizable organizations
  • Solid HR Knowledge in China is a must
  • Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong;
  • Organized, open-minded, tactful, and proactive;
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
