Our client is one of the market leader in Medical Technology. With a long and reputable history globally, they are currently looking for HR Manager/Senior HR Business Partner, Asia Pacific stationed in Hong Kong. The role will look after the region of North Asia, ASEAN and South Asia.

About the job:
Business Partner:
  • Partner, consult, and provide proactive solutions to sophisticated senior executives on strategic workforce planning, learning and development, organizational development, and more
  • Act as a business partner to the Asia Sales, service and support teams focusing on the continual alignment of talent and business goals
  • Partner with Business Leaders to support and drive change through business transformational programs to meet future growth plans
  • Partner with business leaders to build and develop a professional culture and environment
  • Design and deliver strategic organizational design initiatives to create business efficiencies, streamline processes, and address potential challenges
  • Cross-collaborate and partner with the HR Team to create best-in-class practices and programs transferable across all groups
  • Consistently build quality relationships with stakeholders at all levels and in all facets of the business

Talent Management:

  • Partner with leaders to build and consistently refine creative talent acquisition and management solutions including branding, retention, performance, succession planning, and communications
  • Drive the operationalization of strategic initiatives for the employee population
  • Champion talent development programs to significantly improve staff skill and capabilities to meet future business grow plans
  • Coach and mentor individuals on communication, teamwork and business related skills
  • Implement and manage professional employee onboarding and development programs

Employee Relations:

  • Consult with VP's, managers and individuals, framing issues and solutions to the respective level within the organization
  • Forge trust-based relationships with individuals that span geographies and cultures
  • Coach and mentor individuals on communication, teamwork and other key attributes of the company
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • 8 years of HR related experience required with strong HRBP Background
  • Candidates with regional HR background will be an advantage
  • Life sciences industry background preferred
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
