As a HR advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare annual and routine filings/reports to the Law Society (Annual Employees Return, Notification of Changes, etc.)

  • Coordinate Trainee registrations, HK Admissions and Registered Foreign Lawyer registrations

  • Assist in annual renewals of HK/England & Wales practising certificates and Registered Foreign Lawyer certificates

  • Coordinate annual renewal of global and local Professional Indemnity insurances

  • Monitor business card title and letterheads to ensure the information abides by the Law Society's regulations

  • Deal with queries related to Law Society/regulatory matters and give advice as appropriate

Qualifications
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • fluency in Cantonese and English
