Our client, a leader within banking and financial services here in Hong Kong is looking for high calibre HR Generalists to join their team.
about the job.
  • Provide advice and consultation services in relation to complex customers enquiries across aspects of HR services.
  • Act as main point of contact when handling support for Premier Services, providing end to end coordination and quality assurance of query and transaction resolution
  • Provide recommendations to business for general HR matters and staff issues
  • Give support and encourage business the adoption and changes of HR Systems and tools
  • Support interpretation of policy and procedures, and provide oversight of some complex events working with the HR Business Partners and specialist team where ever relevant
skills & experiences required.
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in HR Management with solid experience as HR Generalist and advisory services within a sizeable organisation, preferably with exposure to finance or professional services industries
  • Experience on handling Employee Relations cases
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Strong business acumen and sense of ownership and servicing to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
