About the company

Our client is a well establish MNC professional business advisory company, company headquarter is in located in US and have more than 50 office across the world. They are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of the business team and MD.


  • Provide full scope of administrative support to the company (HK office), ensure office operations running smoothly
  • Responsible for general office administration, office renovation, procurement, facilities management, equipment maintenance and vender contract renewal etc.
  • Oversee the office filing system and providing management information; office monthly reports
  • Participate in all policies and procedures with the aim of aiding and improving office organization and
    provision of services to patients
  • Assist in coordinating both corporate events; planning for staff activities and social events
  • Partner with finance, HR and IT department on ad-hoc projects
  • Checking and approve for staff month expenses claims


  • Min 8 years working experience in Admin, at least 3 years exp in Manager level
  • Previous worked in a sizeable company is essential
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Writing and Speaking)
  • Strong organisational management skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively, flexible, independently and to show initiative
