Senior Manager, Call centre customer Service (Life Insurance) - 60-65k

Company Description

Our client, a reputable banking group in Hong kong. They are hiring a high calibre to support their service management.

Job Responsibilities

  • To lead a team of service members for the distribution inquiries and service support.
  • To support in-bound calls from customer and internal sales channel representative.
  • Handle customer complaint and expectation
  • KPI management

Requirements:

  • Degree in insurance or other related discipline
  • 10 years of experience in life insurance industry or call centre environment, with at least 5 years of customer service management experience
  • Comprehensive in Life insurance
  • IIQE 1,2
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
