about the company.
Our client is a multi-national luxury resort chain with over 100 locations spanning the globe. They have been established for almost 50 years and are currently expanding exponentially. They are looking to double their property count by 2020 and are looking for high calibre individuals to join their group.
about the team.
Their in house IT team is constantly expanding due to business needs and are currently looking to hire an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team. The role will work closely with other IT divisions as well as other business functions and departments.
about the job.
The ideal candidate should be good at presentation and reporting, especially on incident response management. You will be partially responsible for the in house tech support team as well as managing SLA and incident reporting/solutions planning. You will have be able to explain what Service Delivery is and involves, how to form a team involving support and service delivery, what responsibility and action they would need to take when incidents occurs and given a blank slate,, how you would be build a Service Delivery Team and scope.
Other responsibilities include:
  • Incident response management
  • Reporting and pitching (primarily to key business partners and stake holders)
  • Defining SLAs and escalation procedures
  • Incident report draw-up and study
  • Act as the single point of contact for all incidents related to tech
  • Form Service Delivery team in response to expansion demand
  • Revamp existing ticketing system
skills & experiences required.
  • University degree in the field of Information Technology
  • Sound knowledge on SLA procedures
  • 4 years experiences in Service Delivery, preferably within the hospitality/consumer industry
  • ITIL Certification holders will have a definite advantage
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
