A leading investment banking client of ours is looking for a VP level recruitment specialist to join their expanding team.
about the job.
  • Focus on front line businesses, from discussion with hiring managers on recruitment needs, placing with recruitment channels, screening and selection, conducting interviews, making interview comments to job offer
  • Oversee on-boarding logistics, including visa application, reference check, background check, and license checking where applicable
  • Follow through end of probation and performance review for new joiners
  • Prepare HR management reports and analysis for management
  • Review and enhance HR talent acquisition policy and procedures to increase effectiveness and competitiveness
  • Back up year-end compensation review, and other HR teams, as and when required
  • Supervise, coach and train junior recruitment team members
skills & experiences required.
  • University Degree in Human Resources Management or related
  • Minimum 7 years of in-house recruitment from financial institutions or recruitment agencies focusing on investment banking, securities etc
  • Mature, well organised, able to work under pressure, detail-minded, multi-tasking, committed, and a good team player
  • With good computer skills in Word, Excel, Chinese typewriting
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) - read and write simplified Chinese will be an advantage
