job description

Responsibilities:

  • Business travel arrangements within Asia Pacific and globally, including flights, visa arrangements, hotels and other transport if needed
  • Working with the Office Manager to ensure travel and expenses guidelines are adhered to
  • Preparing analyst’s expense reports
  • Supporting operation for internal and external meetings (booking rooms/locations, ordering refreshments, making sure required equipment is working, distributing call-in details, etc)
  • Binding presentations and scanning documents for analysts

Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
  • At least 2 years relavant experience
  • Intermediate level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
