Our client is a listed financial institution, providing securities brokerage, global futures trading and investment banking services for Hong Kong and Greater China, Singapore, US and the UK.
about the job.
We are looking for a VP of TA to design and strategize efficient ways of attracting and hiring qualified employees.
  • Proactively identify and address the hiring needs for Hong Kong and Greater China
  • Refine sourcing and selection procedure to hire more efficiently
  • Oversee and improve overall candidate experience from initial screening to on-boarding to orientation
  • Maintain talent pipeline with potential candidates for future needs including market mapping
  • Promote employee engagement and company culture to improve overall organisation effectiveness
skills & experiences required.
  • Proven work experience as a VP of Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level for at least 8 years
  • Familiarity with HR Software Systems and Candidate Management Systems
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong and Greater China Labour laws
  • Team-management abilities
  • Advance communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must, both verbal and written
