about the job
Reporting to the HR director, they are looking for someone with HR services team member with a backdrop of exciting initiatives including a focus on best practice processes and service the business wide
- True team environment with autonomy to manage your own portfolio
- First point of call for the business
- Guide, govern and support hiring managers with the recruitment process
- Support both corporate and operational leaders in administration elements of the recruitment lifecycle
- Write adverts, administer contracts and employee changes
- Maintain Human Resource Information System data; Preceda, Pageup, SharePoint
Skills and Experience

Tertiary Qualification, in the field of Business, Human Resources, or relevant industry experience
Experience in an administrative role
Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
Moderate knowledge of employment legislation, awards and agreements
Excellent communication skills- written and verbal as well as a strong customer service ethic
