    My client is an international manufacturing company, and they are looking to hire a HR Business Partner that oversees Projects & Talent Management matters to join their team.

    about the job

    In your role, you will be tasked with working closely with the stakeholders to lead and deliver the business's strategic objectives. This role will require you to be a point of liaison for all aspects of HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, resource management and employee relations, among other things. You will also ensure that HR policies and initiatives are implemented successfully.

    about the manager/team

    You will be part of the human resources team and report to the Head of Human Resources.

    skills & experience required

    Candidates applying for this role should have a degree in either Human Resources or any related field with at least five years of experience. Candidates should also know employment relations practices, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Finally, candidates that have previously worked in manufacturing industries will be highly regarded.
