HR Partners is partnering exclusively with a global legal group to recruit a Human Resource Business Partner. We're looking for a true business partner, a trusted advisor and coach who can partner with key leaders within Australia and New Zealand. This HR professional will deliver strategic HR solutions to support the specific needs of the business groups and overall business objectives.
In this 12 month fixed term contract, you will be joining a warm, professional and collaborative team in a best practice organisation. Your assigned portfolio of roughly 200 employees will be fully engaged and appreciative of the knowledge you can bring to the business.
main responsibilities;
- Collaborate with HR in driving and implementing the HR strategy for the business.
- Partnering with the senior leaders on strategic and operational HR elements.
- Oversee the talent management process through a future needs assessment and conduct workforce planning sessions.
- Implement HR best practices and processes such as performance management and workforce/succession planning to drive business success.
To be successful in this role you will be comfortable performing operational and strategic tasks in a fast-paced and professional environment. You will have strong consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You will also have high attention to detail, strong business and commercial acumen, and be comfortable in an ambiguous environment. Experience working within legal or professional services is highly preferred.
