Together with the inhouse recruitment team you take care of a good follow up & filling in of the vacancies within your departments When necessary you take countermeasures to ensure the inflow of qualitative candidates.- Together with your colleague HR business partners you run the yearly performance review process for staff & management.- You have experience in or you have a strong interest in employer branding. Within the HRBP team you will be the steering person to coordinate and implement our employer branding action plan (incl. company visits, job fairs, LinkedIn stories, facebook actions, recruitment events, career pages on website¿). For bigger projects you work together with our communication agency, for smaller projects you arehands-on and can develop some employer branding material yourself.- In cooperation with the managers of your departments, you take actions to support the retention of staff (e.g. facilitate career & international rotation dialogues, analyses of retention risks, workshops to develop the teams)- As HRBP you have close contact with your managers and you coach them on daily basis on the HR challenges & questions they have.
