Duties & Accountabilities:1. Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy Builds strong and solid relationship with internal / external key stakeholders Influences business leaders in decision making - going beyond pure HR matters (Organization effectiveness, change management, capabilities for future…) Drives implementation by providing consultancy, coaching, HR solutions to engage and inspire people Ensures performance is managed at individual and team levels2. Formulate HR strategy / priorities to sustain business success Builds critical competencies for the organisation according to business growth needs Steers the talent attraction, development (training) and retention topics Leads succession planning and builds talent pipeline, and drives Leadership development Improves employee experience and promotes organisational culture & value inside and outside the company3. Drive HR operational excellence Collaborates and coordinates with HR CoE to implement HR initiatives and solve HR issues in responsible business scope Drives and ensures adoption of HR policies and procedures applicable to the HUB Assesses and escalates issues/improvement related to HR policies to CoEs Defines and executes action plans based on HR data analytics Propose and implement the introduction of HR systems and the creation of structures with the aim of improving operational efficiency.4. Facilitate business transformation and change Cares & understands the changes about external business context, such as technology, politics, economic, etc. Anticipates future market trends that are likely to impact HR needs Provides the market pulse for the CoEs Plays an influential role in business transformation and change management Promotes new ways of working5. Compliance and labor union management Ensures compliance to laws and regulation#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
