• Foster strong relationships with the business, offering counsel and support to the leadership team and line management in developing and implementing key HR initiatives.• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure HR strategies and initiatives align with overall business objectives.• Oversee the execution of HR employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee development, workforce planning, compensation planning, and recognition programs.• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, such as performance management, employee relations, and compensation.• Develop and implement programs that foster a positive workplace culture, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, and recognition programs.• Create and implement strategies to identify and develop talent, ensuring the business is equipped with the necessary skills to meet current and future needs.• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between employees, managers, and senior leadership.• Lead the development and implementation of ESG programs, monitoring and reporting on ESG KPIs as defined by the Group.• Coordinate with regional or global HR teams on various projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and relevant policies.• Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, relevant, and compliant with applicable legislation and regulations.• Oversee general affairs to enhance the office environment for employees and follow the 3PP process to secure the best pricing.• Lead the local team in ensuring compliance with group policies.• Provide guidance and support on legal matters to the local team by collaborating with regional legal and compliance teams, as well as external law firms.

Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Over 8 years of relevant experience in international organizations, working closely with executives
•Strong business and HR acumen, with excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills
•Exceptional communication skills for interacting with senior leaders, peers, and staff in a multicultural environment
•In-depth knowledge of human resources and local labor laws
•A people-oriented approach with a results-driven mindset
