This role will report directly into corporate head and will manage a team 5. You will be responsible to:
- Lead a team to provide optimal operation support in daily operations
- Manage employee on boarding and off boarding with analysis reports
- Assisting the performance management process, review and documentation
- Providing assistance to employees in HR related matters, employee engagement, counselling and grievances handling
- Manage HR transformation projects including digital transformation, job redesign
- Provide consultation in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Oversee manpower planning and budgeting, staff transfers and assess staffing needs of various project
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience in HR generalist function, of which 3 years within a managerial capacity
- Experience within the manufacturing, construction and/or engineering industries will be preferred
- Track record in leading end-to-end HR services; experience supporting blue collar workers would be advantageous
- Experienced in team management and people development
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skill
