Our client, a South Australian public department, is looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to join their growing team.Working in a synergetic, positive and forward-thinking environment, the Lead HR Business Partner will join a high performing team and partner with members of the Senior Executive Group to drive agency wide human resource strategies and priorities. The Lead HR Business Partner will manage a portfolio of corporate divisions and will work to understand the business beyond the HR function, to influence overall organisational performance.Specifically, the Lead HR Business Partner will be empowered to:Apply a solution-focussed approach to support the achievement of strategic corporate goals and objectivesFoster and maintain highly effective partnerships with clients and stakeholders across the agency and broader public sectorLead end-to-end complex organisational change processes and projects in line with agency priorities and the department’s strategic reform agendaProvide high level technical and operational advice to senior executives and leaders to ensure best practice human resource outcomes are facilitated and deliveredWork in partnership with specialist Human Resource teams to drive and implement critical HR initiatives in the areas of recruitment, development, WHS, performance and talent and succession planningProvide coaching, mentoring and leadership support to a team of Business Partners, Advisers and Administrative Support staffThe successful candidate will have considerable generalist experience, outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way.
