Job summary:This role is responsible to support the hiring process, particularly for Engineering hiring. Includes undertaking a range of administrative duties, following processes, coordinating interviews internally and externally, and managing HR hiring related data & systems to always ensure accuracy.Duties/Responsibilities:● Coordinating the pre-screening of CV process and the interviews internally with hiringmanagers and the IT team members externally with agencies● Responsible for saving the candidate’s CV and updating relevant databases● Proactively finding needs in the hiring process and adjust it with necessary supports andassistance with communication● Following existing HR hiring processes accurately and challenging these for ongoingefficiencies● Documentation as needed based on an instruction● Coordinating to manage a recruiting contract with agency● Ensuring that the end-to-end HR hiring process always supports a positive employeeexperienceRequired Skills/Abilities:● Accuracy on updating system with amount of data● Excellent IT skills, including Google workplace and HR cloud services systems● Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders● Effective communicator with excellent written and spoken both English and Japanese● Engineering background or familiarity in engineering field is good to have● Positive attitude to learn new things
