key responsibilities
As a HSE Coordinator , your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct daily inspections of the workplace to identify risks and prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Physician and Safety Engineer to monitor working conditions.
- Maintain the company’s safety records and implement corrective actions.
- Identify occupational hazards and coordinate mitigation measures.
- Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by staff and contractors.
- Develop and update training plans on occupational health and safety.
- Supervise fire safety and other critical emergency procedures.
- Prepare and organize the company for certification and maintenance of ISO systems (9001, 14001, 45001, 41001, 50001).
- Monitor KPIs and provide reports to management.
experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
qualifications
- University or Technical Institute degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT systems.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience is desirable.
