- Manage, motivate and lead the team of 1st line technical support providers
- Handle complex business cases, escalations
- Make sure the team meets SLAs and shows good performance
- Meet customer's needs and take responsibility for business decisions
- Evaluate the team members, do performance reviews and give feedback
- Focus on objectives and solve ad-hoc problems

Elvárások / Requirements

- Service Desk experience, at least 3 years
- English AND Italian OR German business level knowledge
- Ideally team leader background but SMEs, seniors or team coaches are also more than welcome
- Well-organised and flexible personality
- Strong people management skills, motivating, positive attitude
