Pozíció leírása / Job description

As a Level 2 Avaya Network Engineer your tasks will be the following:
- Support the clients in Avaya related problems via email and telephone
- Provide support on 2nd level
- Telephone configuration, VOIP troubleshooting
- Keep in touch with L1 and L3 level helpdesk
- Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions
- Provide process improvement

Elvárások / Requirements

- Fluent English knowledge
- Avaya CM, CMS, SMGR, SM, System Platform, Media Gateway, AES, IVR experience
- VoIP troubleshooting knowledge
- Customer orientation
- Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Able to work in shifts
- Professional communication skills
