Are you looking for a challenging opportunity in a multinational environment? We are looking for Italian Speaking Customer Service Associate into the European business support centre of one of the world's largest energy companies.

- Handle incoming request either via phone or written form
- High level of customer care and stakeholder management
- Log and follow up on incoming requests
- Make sure that all data is accurate in the system
- Follow up on account setup, order management, fulfilment and delivery issues
- To ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Perform continuous improvement

Elvárások / Requirements

- Fluency in Italian and intermediate level of English are required
- Previous experience in customer service would be a great advantage
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Highly motivated individual
- High level of computer skills
- Experience using SAP is a great advantage
