objectives of the role: supporting customer service and logistics processes


- According to the related processes of the company, check and enter customer orders into ERP system
- Preparing PO-s, based on customer orders, handling and keeping track of confirmation
- Keeping contact with customers, suppliers in customer service & logistics related cases
- Creating order acknowledgments in the ERP system and sending it to the customer
- Registering deliveries and managing the related administrative tasks
- Collection of transport documents from customers
- Handling of returns and claims of missing goods, damaged goods, delays
- Handling modification requests
- Invoicing (goods, services, orders)
- Checking suppliers’ incoming invoices
- Organizing deliveries/transport/shipments, in connection with customer orders
- EKAER related administration
- Preparing reports

Elvárások / Requirements

who you are:

- Some relevant working experience (preferably in customer service, logistics, administration etc.)
- Advanced communication level in English (both written and verbal)
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Excellent interpersonal skills:
Customer-focused attitude
Supportive attitude: develops and maintains positive relationships with all business partners
Strong problem-solving skills
Good organizing and time management skills
Ownership of the end to end processes
