Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Responsible for credit & collection: performs credit checks, sets and updates credit limits in the ERP, analyses customer aging balances, phones and e-mails customers regarding overdue invoices, liaises with sales staff regarding late payers.

- Bank accounting: records incoming and outgoing payments, matches payments with open invoices.

- General ledger accounting: accounting of fixed assets, stocks, tax accounts, accruals /provisions, booking the payroll, etc.

- Performs the quarterly account reconciliations in Blackline.

- Reports the monthly financials in a timely manner into the consolidation system (HFM). Prepares the quarterly tie-out between the local ERP and HFM.

- Analyzes and communicates deviations to budget and to prior periods. Presents to monthly results to management in a monthly call. Answers all questions regarding the monthly financials.

- Prepares various reports: weekly sales reporting, monthly Italian VAT registers, etc.

Elvárások / Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years in a Finance or Accounting role.
- Experience in Credit & collection preferred.
- Fluent in French and English (both verbally and in writing).
- Good general computer skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Experience in working in ERP-systems
